1. General Provisions

These terms regulate the provision of services between Oranza SIA (hereinafter - the Company) and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Service Provision

• The Company provides cargo transportation services in Latvia and internationally.
• Delivery time is informative and may vary depending on external factors.
• The customer is responsible for correct and complete information about the cargo.

3. Prices and Payments

• Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
• Payment is made according to the selected payment method.
• Payment by invoice with payment terms is available for companies.

4. Liability

• The Company is liable for cargo up to the insurance limit.
• Claims must be submitted within 14 days from delivery date.

5. Data Protection

The Company processes personal data in accordance with data protection policy.
